Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Pure Logic Skincare. Because our skincare bars and scrubs are hand-poured, hand-mixed, and packed in small batches, we treat every order with the utmost care. Here is everything you need to know about how your products make their way to your doorstep.

1. Processing Times (Our Prep Time)

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to freshly pack and prepare your order.

  • Shipping Days: To ensure maximum freshness and minimize transit time over weekends, we ship packages out every Monday and Thursday.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide via [e.g., USPS / FedEx / UPS]. Standard shipping times apply once the carrier receives your package:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $Flat Rate $8.00 this may fluctuate based on USPS rates or Free on orders over $50.

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $Rate (e.g., $15.00).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Warm Weather Shipping Notice (Crucial for Natural Bars & Scrubs)

Because our products are made with 100% natural oils, butters, and honey, they can be sensitive to extreme heat during the summer months.

  • Our Promise: During hot weather, we package our scrubs and bars with eco-friendly insulating materials to keep them cool.

  • Your Part: Please try to retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery so it doesn’t sit in a warm mailbox or on a sunny porch. If your bar or scrub arrives slightly soft, simply place it in a cool, dry place (or the fridge for 10 minutes) to let it firm up—this will not affect its quality or performance!

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In our effort to keep skincare clean and sustainable, your order will arrive in 100% recyclable, compostable, or reusable packaging. We use biodegradable peanut packaging (made of starch—they dissolve in water!) and recycled paper tape.
